- tus ajustes: el volumen, los interruptores de audio y cuántos jugadores querés en la mesa;
- tus medallas y tus estadísticas: partidas jugadas, mejor puntaje, promedio y porcentaje de manos acertadas;
- tus monedas y lo que desbloqueaste con ellas en Estilo;
- el calendario del desafío diario y tu partida a medio jugar;
- si compraste quitar los anuncios;
- un identificador al azar, que el juego crea la primera vez y que no tiene relación con tu teléfono, tu cuenta de Google ni el identificador de publicidad. El servidor no lo guarda tal cual: guarda una huella (hash) de él;
- el nombre que elegís para aparecer en el ranking, que ven los demás jugadores;
- el identificador de publicidad de tu dispositivo;
- información del dispositivo y de la aplicación: modelo, sistema operativo, versión del juego;
- tu dirección IP, de la que se deduce una ubicación aproximada;

Privacy Policy
Oh Diablos requires no sign-up, email or password. The only thing that leaves your phone for a server of ours is what the leaderboard needs: a random identifier, the name you choose and your results. Everything else stays on your device.
The game also includes advertising and a single in-app purchase, both provided by Google. What Google collects is explained below.
What the application stores
The game stores, in the application's private storage on your device:
- your settings: volume, audio switches and how many players you want at the table;
- your badges and statistics: games played, best score, average and the percentage of hands you bid correctly;
- your coins and what you unlocked with them in Style;
- the daily challenge calendar and your game in progress;
- whether you purchased ad removal;
- for the leaderboard: your identifier, your name and any results that could not be sent yet.
Except for the leaderboard, explained below, this information does not leave your device. It is deleted entirely when you uninstall the application, or from the system settings, using the option to clear the application's data.
The leaderboard
So that you can compare yourself with other players, the game sends to a server of ours:
- a random identifier, created by the game the first time and unrelated to your phone, your Google account or your advertising ID. The server does not store it as is: it stores a fingerprint (hash) of it;
- the name you choose to appear on the leaderboard, which other players see;
- your results: for each finished game, its length, the score, the hands bid correctly and the best streak.
They are used only for the leaderboard: building the tables, and checking that results are possible so that nobody cheats. They are not used for advertising, not sold and not shared with anyone. They travel encrypted (HTTPS) and are stored on Amazon Web Services servers in the United States, which process them on our behalf.
The server sees your IP address only while answering each request, like any website, and does not store it.
How long each thing is kept: your name and your all-time best results, until you delete your profile; each week's tables, about two months; your game history, three months; a count of how many games you played each day, two days; and the server's technical logs, which include neither your name nor your IP, two weeks.
Deleting your profile
You can delete your leaderboard profile from the game, under Options → Change (next to your name) → Delete profile. Your name, your results and your history are deleted from the server, and the game stops sending anything until you choose a name again. Your badges, coins and stats stay on your phone.
The server keeps automatic backups covering the last 35 days: what you delete disappears from them as they expire.
If you already uninstalled the game, it can no longer be done from there: write to workaholic.muchachos+borrar@gmail.com with the name you appear with on the leaderboard. The steps are on this page.
Advertising — Google AdMob
Ads are served by Google AdMob. To select and measure them, Google and its advertising partners may collect your device's advertising ID, device and application information (model, operating system, game version), your IP address — from which an approximate location is derived — and which ads were shown to you and whether you interacted with them.
That processing is carried out by Google, not by us. See Google's privacy policy and the AdMob partner list.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID, and opt out of ad personalisation, under Settings → Google → Ads on your device.
The purchase — Google Play
The game offers a single purchase, which removes ads. It is processed entirely by Google Play: we never see, receive or store any payment data. The game only asks Google whether the purchase exists and stores that yes-or-no answer in the file on your device.
If you are in Europe, Switzerland or the UK
Before showing personalised ads, the game presents a consent form provided by Google, where you choose what may be done with your data. You can change that choice at any time from Options → Privacy and ads inside the game.
Children
Oh Diablos is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children under that age. The game contains no real-money gambling: the bids are how many tricks you think you will win, and there are no chips redeemable for anything.
Permissions
INTERNET— for the leaderboard, to fetch ads and to talk to Google Play. The game is fully playable offline.com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID— the advertising ID used by AdMob.com.android.vending.BILLING— the in-app purchase.
It does not access the camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos or shared storage.
